FIRST LEVEL

The training to achieve the title of Sommelier is divided into three levels.

Within the first level course,  various subjects shall be discussed, including

  • the tasting techniques,
  • the cellar organization and management, 
  • the service of wine,
  • the winemaking,
  • the sparkling wine production,
  • the spirits
  • the national and international wine legislation.

Provides test to access at second level.
