LA EUROPEAN SCHOOL FOR SOMMELIERS SE EXPANDE EN ESPANA Y PORTUGAL, CON LA APLICACION DE LA NORMA ISO 2001 EN LA FORMACION PROFESIONAL

La Escuela Europea de Sommeliers, es una entidad formativa cuyos fines son la normalización y regulación de las enseñanzas de esta profesion, mediante cursos homologados con aplicación de la norma EN ISO 2001, que pretende conciliar un sector tan importante como la formacion profesional, el comercio, distribución y servicio de los vinos en Europa, a traves del Sommelier.
